Please join us March 19th as we celebrate the 17th Annual Giving New Hope Benefit! This benefit is the annual fundraiser organized by The Council, a volunteer group of dedicated women that support the work of the Children’s Burn Foundation. Funds raised from the Benefit will support state-of-the-art reconstructive treatments for child burn survivors, support services for children and their families, psycho-social services like camps, and burn prevention and education programs that reach 36,000 Los Angeles area school children and families annually.

We are pleased to announce that Basketball Hall of Fame icon, humanitarian and sports legend, Jerry West, will be receiving the Giving New Hope Award. Acclaimed actor, Sam Elliott, and long time member of the Children’s Burn Foundation‘s Board of Trustees, will receive the Spirit of Humanity Award. This prestigious award has been given only once before.

In our ongoing effort to reach our annual fundraising goals, we are excited to inform you that we are participating in the TICKETS Fore CHARITY™ program, a unique fundraising opportunity that is being implemented by the PGA TOUR’s Northern Trust Open, which is scheduled for February 13-19, 2012 at the renowned Riviera Country Club in Los Angeles.  

TICKETS ARE NO LONGER FOR SALE.  THANK YOU TO ALL WHO PARTICIPATED IN THIS EVENT TO SUPPORT THE CHILDREN’S BURN FOUNDATION!

Through TICKETS Fore CHARITY, we had the opportunity to sell Northern Trust Open tickets, with 80% of the net proceeds from these ticket sales donated directly to Children’s Burn Foundation!

The TICKETS Fore CHARITY program:

• Daily Grounds ticket for $30
• Weekly Grounds Ticket Book for $80
• Weekly Clubhouse Ticket for $275 includes:
• Upgraded food and beverage for purchase
• Flat screen televisions and real-time scoring kiosks
• Access to grounds and clubhouse

Parking is FREE at the tournament. A free shuttle will be at the:
West Los Angeles VA Hospital, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073
to bring people to the tournament that park there.

By purchasing tickets to the golf tournament, participants helped us:

• Provide pressure garments for a child burn survivor
• Educate over 36,000 LA County children in Burn & Fire Prevention
• Send top medical professionals to high-risk areas around the world to educate facilities on burn treatment and prevention
• Provide wagons for a hospital burn unit
