17th Annual GIVING NEW HOPE BENEFIT
On Monday, March 19, 2012, the Children’s Burn Foundation held its 17th annual Giving New Hope Benefit at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Thank you to all who participated and made the evening a great success and truly unforgettable!

The Giving New Hope Benefit is the annual fundraiser organized by The Council, a volunteer group of dedicated women that support the work of the Children’s Burn Foundation. Funds raised from the Benefit will support state-of-the-art reconstructive treatments for child burn survivors, support services for children and their families, psycho-social services like camps, and burn prevention and education programs that reach 50,000 Los Angeles area school children and families annually.

We are pleased to report that Basketball Hall of Fame icon, humanitarian and sports legend, Jerry West, received the Giving New Hope Award. And acclaimed actor, Sam Elliott, and long time member of the Children’s Burn Foundation‘s Board of Trustees, received the Spirit of Humanity Award.
